Kagan Follows Precedent By Offering Few Opinions

WASHINGTON — Elena Kagan deflected questions about her own views on gun rights and abortion during her Supreme Courtconfirmation hearings on Tuesday, instead describing Supreme Court precedents. Wow...well if the Senate is idiotic enough to put this woman in office we might as well go ahead and have a Constitution burning party! Big surprise she was nominated by the President.

I know right. She acts like her personal opinion shouldn't matter. Ummm hello...your personal opinion is going to play a major factor in your rulings, dont't try to tell me it won't.

Second, the "Dont't ask, dont't tell" policy wasn't put in affect by the recruiters...IT WAS THE PRESIDENT, granted not Obama, still, its not the recruiters fault!
