Whether you call it amnesty or not...exceptions should not be made for illegals because they are already here. Here is my solution...tell all illegals that they have 6 months to get their ass back across the boarder. After those 6 months, if they are caught here illegally, they will NEVER be allowed to file for American citizenship. Once across the boarder, they will get in the back of the line for filing for legal citizenship.
